Warranty Statement

This warranty statement applies exclusively to products manufactured and installed by The Wrap Sanctuary. The Wrap Sanctuary offers a 12 month (12) in-house warranty on all Inozetek, Avery Dennison, 3M, Hexis, Oracal, Arlon and Stek wrap, PPF and vehicle graphics products. Any products that have been Plasti-dipped are not covered under warranty and any design fees are non-refundable.

Our comprehensive warranty covers defects in materials and installation. This includes full replacement of failed materials, removal, and installation. If material has been supplied by the customer any warranty is void.

This warranty does not cover damage to the wrap or graphics from negligence, misuse, accidents, road damage, wear and tear, or any failure not a product of installation or materials.

This warranty does not cover warrantable failures due to pre-existing damage to vehicles. This warranty does not cover a warrantable failure in the event that the client chooses to keep any/all emblems on a vehicle and to have them wrapped over. 

The Wrap Sanctuary does not take any responsibility for damage to the paintwork that occurs due to removal of the vinyl. Paint may chip, rip or peel off on the vinyl at removal due to its age, wear and tear, condition, damage caused by stone chips, scratches and human interference. Vinyl may not provide 100% coverage of the original color, e.g. in hard-to-reach places

Failure to attend your 2- 4 week check up without genuine reason will result in the termination of your warranty period. It is your responsibility to ensure that your car is booked in with us so please contact us if you have not heard from a member of our team. All claims must be made within the 12 month warranty time frame and are subject to approval by an authorized representative from The Wrap Sanctuary. All claims must be made via email and our warranty claim form to be filled out including photographic evidence. 

In case of a warrantable failure, The Wrap Sanctuary’s responsibility is limited solely to, at its option, repairing or replacing the defective wrap or parts of the wrap. Customer’s option for repair of warrantable failures is strictly limited to repair at The Wrap Sanctuary facility. If the customer picks up the car and leaves the premises it means that they have accepted the service by The Wrap Sanctuary.

Materials used in warranty repairs will carry the same warranty coverage as the materials they replace, but the expiration dates will be the same as those of the original materials.

This warranty is the sole warranty made by The Wrap Sanctuary  in regards to our vehicle wrap and PPF products. The Wrap Sanctuary makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
