Warranty
Vehicle Wraps- You will receive a 12-month warranty on vehicle wraps against installation and product life of the vinyl. Depending on the vinyl you choose will affect the warranty you would receive, more information can be found in our warranty statement on request. For an example fluorescent and chrome vinyl will have less of a warranty against fading, compared to a satin wrap that may have a warranty of 3 years, however, this will be explained to you on booking in your vehicle wrap.
Before we complete your vehicle wrap we will give you a more detailed warranty statement which we would need to be read and signed before carrying out the process.
Paint Protection Film- When having PPF applied to your vehicle you will receive a 12-month warranty against the installation. You will also receive a warranty against yellowing, cracking and bubbling, this can change depending on the type of finish you choose, these range from 5- 10 years.
More information on this can be found on our PPF page. On completion of your car, we will provide you with a care and maintenance guide which also includes information about the warranty.
Window Tinting- Our window tinting comes with a lifetime warranty against installation and defects with regards to the film.
To limit the chance for any warranty work we complete a 2-4 week check up on any wrapping and Paint Protection Film job due to in our experience if there is going to be a problem these will arise during this time.
However, there will be times when small issues do arise and that's why we do our utmost to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
Any warranty issues that do occur a form must be filled out and emailed over to a member of our team at info@thewrapsanctuary.com and we will get any issues resolved.
